All About Elements!
Friday, September 30 - Sunday, October 2, 2011
We will explore the elements through different activities during the weekend. We'll connect with Fire at the Fire Circle, Air through Drumming and Soul Singing, and much more!
And of course we will be practicing yoga to unite all the elements in the body!

Accommodations |
 We will be staying at Cedar Hill Retreat Center in Duxbury, MA. The accommodations are a little different this time. We will have a chance to really establish ourselves as a community during our time there. We will be the only group staying in the house and we will have the full use of their grounds and facilities. There are 5 bedrooms for us to stay in.
Two of the bedrooms accommodate 3 people each.
One bedroom sleeps 6 and has a half bath.
One bedroom sleeps 8 and has a half bath.
The last bedroom if you are counting sleeps 2 people and is taken.
There are two full baths in addition to two half baths in the bedrooms. 
When making your reservation please let me know if you are going with a friend that you want to stay with. I will try to accommodate the requests and also accommodate couples. We will figure this all out and have a blast!
All the linens and towels are provided.

Food |
| All the food will be cooked on site by members of our team. I will be doing most if not all of the cooking. It will be fresh, organic whenever possible and delicious! Both meat (or fish) and vegetarian options will be available. We will also utilize the outdoor grill at the Retreat Center. |
Cost |
|
The cost of this restorative weekend is $250 and includes all meals, accommodations and classes.
However!
If you register and pay before June 1st, your price is only $150!
If for some reason you are unable to keep your reservation, you can cancel until 9/15/2011 and receive your money back, minus $10 processing fee.
