We love to see everyone at the studio. We love to see new faces and we love to see old friends too. We get excited for each and every client and always strive to provide the best experience. As such, it is always disappointing when a client does not come. Not only we miss an opportunity to serve you, but we miss a chance to schedule someone else. And well, this is how we make our living and pay bills.
When you schedule an appointment, please understand that you are agreeing to honor that appointment or provide a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel. If you do not let us know about cancelling or rescheduling 24 hours in advance, you will be charged full price of the session at the time of your appointment.
If you have a voucher, such as Groupon, you will be charged 50% of its price. Your voucher will be marked as used at the time of your appointment and you will be added to a special list so that we know to give you a great service, but charge you an extra fee at the time you will actually come in. If you have not provided your Groupon number (8 digits) during booking, we might call and ask for it.
