Cancellation Policy

I love to see everyone at the studio. I love to see new faces and I love to see old friends too. I get excited for each and every client and always strive to provide the best experience. As such, it is always disappointing when a client does not come. Not only I miss an opportunity to help you, but I miss a chance to schedule someone else. And well, this is how I make my living and pay bills.

When you schedule an appointment, please understand that you are agreeing to honor that appointment or provide a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel. If you do not let me know about cancelling or rescheduling 24 hours in advance, you will be charged $20 at the time of your appointment.

New clients take advantage of a lower intro price, but you are also required to place $20 deposit when scheduling.
