You know that practicing meditation would help lower your stress levels. You know that meditation will help you with all the chatter in your mind, with trouble sleeping, and will improve your overall well-being. You might have even sat down to meditation only to find yourself easily distracted and agitated even more! No need to give up though! Whether you tried meditation before or not, you will learn something new in this class. We will go over some different meditation techniques so that you find some that work better for you:
- Focusing on the breath
- Creating an easy imagery to visualize
- Using a mantra to focus your mind
- Movement meditation
We will also discuss the posture, mudras (hand-gestures), and have fun while meditating! You will feel a difference right away!
