I am craving the contemplative silence of peace and stillness. I need the space to think straight and a chance to organize my thoughts. What about you? Come join me in this experiential class where we will attempt to quiet the mind that likes to jump all over the place so much! We will run through some of my favorite methods rooted in my energetic knowledge, my love of Kundalini yoga and its practices, and we will conclude with, hopefully, delicious stillness of the mind.
