Every other month we offer a very special 2-hour Restorative Yoga and Bodywork Retreat that will introduce nourishing, heart-centered healing techniques that are unique to the wellness theme to gently support your health and well-being in mind, body, and spirit.
We invite you to join us for a deeply relaxing time in creating a sacred space that honors yourself with the nurturing gifts of peace, compassion, and rejuvenation. Olga Kaminsky and Maria Barresi have put together a truly unique and heart-centered restorative yoga retreat that combines gentle and supportive Yoga poses, Aromatherapy, Massage, Reiki, and Gemstone Therapy to help boost your immune system, and melt away your stress, tension, and fatigue.
We start with a choice of essential oils for aromatherapy to help you center and release outside experiences. Olga pulls an animal wisdom card to bring a special focus to our class. Sometimes a card can be rather unexpected! After a brief and gentle warm-up, it’s time to settle down and relax! Olga leads the group in gentle restorative yoga poses, while Maria and Olga offer soothing hand and foot massage and Reiki for each participant.
All attendee’s will also receive a gift bag to help you to continue nourishing yourself at home!
No prior Yoga experience necessary.

This workshop offers an introduction to the therapeutic principles of the didgeridoo and a basic overview of journeying and meditation. The meditation consists of 50 minute didgeridoo journey followed by group sharing, question and answer time.
The didgeridoo keys selected for this meditation are played for longer duration and are chosen for their ability to support journeying, meditation, visioning, and intention manifestation.
What is Harmonic Therapy with the Didgeridoo?
Didgeridoos produce sound waves in the inaudible 0-20Hertz range (the same frequency range as human brain waves) with several harmonics approaching 1000Hertz. These waves affect the “whole” body, including your Etherial being, relaxing your body and mind to a state of deep self-healing and personal consciousness.
Harmonic therapy has been used to aid in meditation and relaxation, acting as a tuning fork for your body’s natural resonant vibration on a cellular level. Reported effects range from relief of muscle pain and stress, to a greater sense of clarity and heightened energy flow along reopened chakra points.
Who is Joseph?
Joseph Carringer is a professional didgeridoo musician and sound therapist. In his sound therapy practice he uses concert class didgeridoos, combining Traditional Chinese Medicine meridian and organ theory with Ayurvedic Chakra philosophies creating a unique and powerful therapeutic sound healing experience. Joseph has been playing an Australian Aboriginal didgeridoo for over 15 years, using it as a deep meditative tool in his personal shamanic journey as well as a therapeutic instrument for his clients.

Drawing from several yoga styles, such as Kundalini, Meridian, and Kali Ray TriYoga, Yoga of Energy Flow is a unique and transformative method that integrates strength and flexibility training, energy cultivation, and open awareness.
Kundalini Yoga activates prana/chi energy, and strengthens the nervous system. Meridian Yoga opens and balances the internal energy flow. TriYoga, a vinyasa style, cultivates the flow of internal energy into a beautiful flow of postures; it is the art of meditation in action. Yoga of Energy Flow integrates these three styles into one unified, transformational practice.
By paying close attention to the movement of the spine in transition between poses and uniting that movement with breath, a unique appreciation for the movement of energy is developed. Your awareness expands and meditative states become easier to achieve.
Olga Kaminsky is a certified yoga teacher, Reiki Master Teacher, and an herbalist. She has graduated Yoga of Energy Flow teacher training in 2010 and has been helping her clients and students find peace and mindfulness amidst the chaos of life. Her wellness studio, Eternal Balance, is located at Cummings Center in Beverly.
This class is appropriate for all levels and beginners are welcome.

You know that it is important to breathe deeply at least once in while. You might have heard that advice of “just breathe!” as a remedy to stress and anxiety. But do you know how to actually do it? The LifeBreath is close to my heart as taking a deep breath was something I struggled with growing up. I always felt like there was something preventing me from filling my lungs with air all the way, and my lung capacity test results were abysmal. As a result, I was excused from aerobic activities in physical education classes, and feeling short of breath was a normal occurrence for me. It was not until I started to take yoga classes that I learned to breathe better and feel better as a result. I want to pass that information to you in a form of LifeBreath class.
It is without fail that my clients with anxiety are unable to take a deep breath when instructed. They are usually also breathe incorrectly – their abdomen pulls in when they inhale and extends when they exhale.
Give this a try yourself… take a deep breath into your abdomen, with your abdomen extending out as a balloon. Now, exhale all the way and squeeze the belly button towards your spine. Did this work for you? You are in good shape! You would still benefit from LifeBreath, but just remember to actually breathe with a long, slow exhale and your stress levels will go down.
Now, what if this was difficult and it’s just not clicking for you? Come to this class! We’ll run through a few exercises that will help you tune into your diaphragm and practice controlled breathing. When you do that, your parasympathetic system is activated and you feel relaxed.
Controlled breathing gets easier with time and practice and it’s a great tool to have to help you calm down and feel great.

Who can’t use a bit more prosperity in their life? I certainly can! We often talk about abundance, which is somewhat different from prosperity. Abundance comes to us in many different ways and avenues. Prosperity, however, is all about financial abundance.
Join me in this fun experiential evening of creating financial prosperity through candle magic, intention, tapping, and Kundalini meditation. Just like with abundance, there could be blocks to prosperity in your subconscious mind, when you reject prosperity on some level. Some people believe it can even be due to choosing austerity in a past life as a path to spiritual liberation. Some of us holds associations that money are a root of all evil. We might detest the sometimes arrogant and entitled attitude of someone well-off financially and not want to emulate that behavior ourselves. The blocks could be varied and many, but the result is that you are not as open to receiving money as you could be.
Whatever the cause, we will work to clear those blocks and create a clear energetic path for prosperity to come into your life!
We will take advantage of Thursday being a good day for prosperity and coinciding with a new moon, which is always good for new beginnings.
I will email a list of things to bring after you register. Don’t worry, it will be all the things you have around the house, and I will provide things that are more specific.

I am fresh off spending two days learning all about skin and taking care of it in my herbal studies class. Whew! There was so much to learn! As my skin care routine is rather simple and almost non-existent, it was fascinating to learn how much there is to know about skin and taking care of it. It has also made me crave some good home-made facials I used to do for myself before the girls were born.
Our skin is our largest organ of elimination and over half of the blood supply goes to the skin. While great skin begins on the inside, with your digestion and the state of the immune system, we can still affect it from the outside. The skin renews every 14-30 days, so better looking skin is not too far away!
This has inspired me to put together a fun evening of doing facials! I’ll provide all the supplies, you bring your clean face, ready for pampering!
We will scrub, steam, apply masks, toners, and finally, a rich cream to seal in all the goodness. Your face will shine from all the love and care we’ll lavish on it! We’ll use herbs and essential oils that promote skin health and enjoy a little do-it-yourself pampering.
Please bring (or wear) an old t-shirt, a hand towel, and have a way of putting your hair securely away from your face. We’ll go from between doing things ourselves, to working with a partner, to learning an easy face-lift technique.
Snacks will be provided as well!

Have you ever wanted to use Tarot as a guide for your spiritual journey?
If so, let’s step off the cliff and descend into the menagerie of images designed to describe the path from manifestation to cosmic consciousness.
This class will teach an interpretation of the major arcana of the Tarot and how to apply it to our journey in life. A variety of additional related techniques will also be discussed including using Tarot imagery in meditation, using Tarot cards as ritual tools and portals, and much more.
Join Greg Kaminsky of Occult of Personality podcast for an evening of Tarot exploration.
The focus will be on Major Arcana and a specific layout that highlights Fool’s journey through the chakras and stages of spiritual development.
By understanding the symbolism of the journey, you will be able to better understand Tarot and it will assist you in reading the cards for yourself or others.

Greg Kaminsky is the host/producer of the Occult of Personality podcast (http://www.occultofpersonality.net), an Illuminist, a Freemason, and a scholar of Western esoteric traditions. His desire to create Occult of Personality podcast in 2006 began with a life-long desire to learn more about ancient civilizations, world religions, symbolism, and the underlying hidden wisdom which they contain, but only convey to those with eyes to see. With well over 100 episodes and thousands of listeners every week, the podcast continues to grow in popularity and prestige. As an initiate of a magickal order of antiquity, Greg is a Qabalist, intimately familiar with Tarot and inner Alchemy. In 2007, he began working with Points Chauds, facilitated by Tau Allen Greenfield and a group of illuminists near Atlanta, Georgia. In 2008, he became a student of yoga and qi-gong. In 2010, Greg was raised as a Mason and he continues to explore Freemasonry in both the York and Scottish Rites. In 2011, he trained in Reiki. In addition to the extensive research required for every episode of the show, Greg is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Medieval studies at Harvard University Extension School. With esoteric pursuits that derive from both the East and West, and a passion to understand their historical and philosophical origins, he brings a unique and eclectic perspective to the modern esoteric landscape. Greg lives with his wife, Olga, their two children, and his oversized library in Wenham, Massachusetts.
We are exposed to so many harmful substances in the course of our day, I always try to minimize my exposure when I can. Making your own simple cleaning products is one of the ways you can do that.
Make sure your home is not contributing to any health issues and is keeping you well instead! Maybe even putting a smile on your face when you smell some of your favorite smells while cleaning.
I know, cleaning in itself rarely sounds like fun, but it just might be once you learn how to craft simple and effective cleaning products with common household staples and essential oils.
You will have a choice of which cleaning spray to make and we’ll also make a cleaning scrub. You’ll have access to all my essential oils for this, so you can make a truly unique cleaning experience.
Please register so I can know how many goodies to have for projects.
Handout with recipes will be given to take home as well.
We will also talk about making Young Living essential oils a part of your life!

Do you know what I miss? Silence! Just being quiet without any extra noises, no beeping, no little chirps and sounds all our electronic devices make. I am craving the contemplative silence of peace and stillness. I need the space to think straight and a chance to organize my thoughts. What about you? Are you looking to cultivate some inner stillness?
Come join me in this experiential class where we will attempt to quiet the mind that likes to jump all over the place so much! We will run through some of my favorite methods rooted in my energetic knowledge, my love of Kundalini yoga and its practices, and we will conclude with, hopefully, delicious stillness of the mind.

Physical touch is so important to us as human beings, yet we rarely have an opportunity to experience a safe, sacred, non-sexual touch as adults.
While this workshop is primarily aimed to energy healers, anyone interested would benefit.
We will practice guided meditation and a guided approach to touch that will allow you to connect to your own and your recipient’s divine nature.
My hope is that you will leave inspired to offer physical touch to your clients as a healing, supportive tool and that you will feel comfortable doing so.
